(This “TEXTO”up is the translation of the MANUAL HEMOACTION) ! I will soon put it with the flashcards in Pdf.
To do a workshop it is necessary to have:
1. An organized plan with timing for each phase
2. At the same time you have to be flexible and have the capacity to improvise if things don’t happen the way you expected
3. For this reason always have extras in your mind and pocket: other materials to learn or play with, an extra presentation in your laptop, extra stories to share 🙂
4. Feel the audience, be with it and LISTEN with your heart: what it really needs right now??
LORELY my friend from my first year in psychology at the university of Montevideo, gave me a model of how to work the time (5 hours of work) and different activities to help the participants to express themselves. As we grew together as psychotherapists we are tuned, she knows me and I know her.
I adore drawings…and she told me to use that tool, so the participants had a moment of expressive technique.
One moment of the workshop was to ask each one of the persons to draw what event or what moved them to be in Health care …. adults usually at first find it difficult to draw…but in a few minutes they start to enjoy.
Tomorrow I ´ll share more…I HAVE TO GO 😦
WHAT I WANT TO SAY WITH THAT POST is thanks to all the participants, thanks to my family who understand my work, thanks to my good friend, thanks to my experience in hemophilia all these years…we could reach good results!
AMIGOS!
