This card with this short significant mysterious dialogue was written by  Louise Bourgeois, who died last year age 99. I don’t know when she wrote that…doesn’t really matter. Defining  happiness neither…we all experienced seconds, minutes, years of something that makes you feel  floating or anchored in a joyful being of state…and people around you want a bit of that!

Our society praises Happiness …it seems that it is a bad thing to be SAD! I also know that S.A.D (Seasonal Affective syndrome)) stands for a humor dysfunction that happens to people who are very sensitive to the lack of light, sun light! (I am in that category…I have some moments of deep anxiety and wish to cry when winter comes with his short days…)

I have met a lot of people they are afraid of being  happy or showing that everything is GOING JUST FINE AND MARVELOUS!

They think that if they share that, or show it in a way..it wouldn’t  be fair,  and  they feel guilty. Or maybe we have sometimes difficulty in living fully  the Present.

When I am happy ….I know it is like a bless, a fresh blow of wind in my face, but the wind continues to refresh others and I let him go… I just keep this moment somewhere in my memory cells.
