Symposium and Psychosocial workshop in Amman/Volto dia 11/8 mas continuem me visitando ok amigos ? :)
I am leaving Saturday for ONE week…so I won’t be able to post new things.
I’ll be participating IN ARABIC …a good thing but I feel that It is going to be hard sometimes to remember all the words…I don’t practice the language for a long time.
I took some private lessons in Arabic with Prof. Georges Khouri and took a long look to the on line translation’s sites.! both helped me a lot to improve and flow again in a language I used to speak very very well.!
It seems that Amman has a lot of arqueological sites too! but no time for tourism 😦Asakusa Temple,Tokyo again

World Federation of Hemophilia ID card for People with hemophilia/ o cartão de identidade do portador da hemofilia : um bom exemplo
Extended knee: do you see the that there is a empty place in the joint;
our knee looks like a ball. When a person bleeds internally in this joint, the blood remains inside the “ball” and damages the interior.
Bending the knee is possible if the protection (the yellowish part between the 2 bones) still exists. That’s why it’s very important to infuse the factor 8 or 9 (depending on the hemophilia) as quickly as possible , to heal faster and preserve the joint.

Podem vê-la sem sangramento e com na carta do Hemoação.
A articulação como diz a palavra “articula” 2 ossos em geral, mas também podem ver que tem ligamentos (as partes longas e claras, meniscos, cartilagens). Observem no joelho que está bem, como existe uma parte clara entre os 2 ossos? é essa que faz com que a articulação seja flexÃvel, no sentido que possa se mexer , se dobrar facilmente e totalmente. 
INTERNAL BLEEDING : SWOLLEN JOINT (CAN BE ANY JOINT OF THE BODY: ANKLE, ELBOW, HIP..), PAIN, ITCHINESS, DIFFICULTY TO MOVE , REDNESS AND LOCAL HEAT.
INTERNAL BLEEDING CAN ALSO OCCUR WHEN: THE URINE AND FEZES ARE DARK OR WITH a RED colour (blood cells).
EXTERNAL BLEEDING: you can observe the blood getting out of the wound.
BRUISES AND SCRATCHES: you can handle those with only first aid, applying ice, or just pressure for 5 minutes. No need of FACTOR REPLACEMENT

O SANGRAMENTO EXTERNO: é o mais fácil de detectar porque vemos o sangue sair o nariz ou de um corte
Se o corte é pequeno basta fazer os primeiros socorros como lavar, apertar e colocar um curativo.
Mas se o corte for maior e profundo ou não para de sangrar tem que tomar fator rapidamente 
Um outro tipo de sangramento é o sangramento INTERNO:

No congresso em Istanbul fui convidada pela WFH a fazer parte do Comitê Psico-Social ! Aceitei .
É uma honra representar uma Federação que começou em 1963 e foi fundada por um portador da hemofilia, Frank Schnabel.
Outra informação é que o dia do hemofÃlico é celebrado no dia 17/4 porque justamente é o dia do nascimento do Sr Schnabel!
Sou uma voluntária feliz. 🙂
