Vou apresentar O TRABALHO DE PREPARAÇãO com ludo-terapía de um menino de 5 anos que fez uma aspiração na região do joelho com infiltração de corticoesteroides com anestesia local e sem internação.

A PARTICIPAÇÃO DA CRIANÇA ERA MUITO NECESSÁRIA PARA O SUCESSO DO PROCEDIMENTO.

A segunda apresentação será sobre 2 adolescentes com hemofilia A grave, que apresentavam dificuldades de sono e terrores noturnos.

On day 1/6/08

I’ll be participating in the Nurse workshop in the Pre Congress presenting the case of a 5 year-old-boy with severe hemophilia A and with a subacute hemarthrose of the knee.

I prepared the kid for the procedure of a joint aspiration and infiltration with corticoesteroids, with local anestesia and in a out patient context. The previous preparation with playtherapy was necessary for the full cooperation during the procedure.

The other presentation will be about 2 adolescents suffering from sleeping problems due to scary images product of their imagination. I will present the case and how I worked with the young boys.

Le premier Juin 2008

Cette fois-ci je présenterai 2 cas cliniques:

le premier sera pendant le workshop des Infirmières: j’ ai préparé un enfant de 5 ans avec une hemarthrose qui ne réagissait plus à la reposition de facteur. Donc l’ équipe de notre hospital a décidé de faire in situ et avec une anesthésie locale, une aspiration de l’ariculation et infiltration de corticoesteroides.

Avec la ludo , Gabriel a pu comprendre et participé consciement de l’intervention qui a été inédite pour notre ambulatoire.! le chirurgien orthopediste a même reconnu qu’il n’avait pas encore fait cette intervention sans anesthésie genérale!! 🙂

Le second cas sera à propos de 2 jeunes adolescents qui présentaient des problemes de sommeil et terreur nocturne. Ces symptomes en fait étaient disons la pointe de “l’ iceberg” … et oú le travail psychotherapeutique grupal a pu dévoiler les raisons profondes de ces malaises.
