Conclusão : amor ao sangue
Sempre gostei de conhecer a origem das palavras. E, quando me deparei com o mundo da Hemofilia, quis adentrar o significado da própria palavra HEMOFILIA que surgiu como tal em 1828!
Más, naquele ano, os cientistas ainda não tinham descoberto que o TRATAMENTO PARA OS SANGRAMENTOS SERíA REPOR O FATOR que falta extraíndo-o do próprio sangue humano! (na maioría dos fatores comprados e usados aqui na America Latina).
aí me perguntei: cómo assim? não parece estranho? Cómo colocar o nome AMOR AO SANGUE se você ainda nem sabe que depende do Sangue para repôr o que falta no teu?
vocês tem que saber que no começo a hemofilia era chamada de Haemorraphilia = amor ao sangramento ! o comúm não sería alguém gostar de sangrar…por que chamar então HEMOFILIA esta disfunção da coagulação?
Eu acho que foi um ato falho! e que no fundo hemo-filia quer dizer o seguinte para o portador da disfunção: você tem que se Amar, amar seu próprio sangue, saber se cuidar.
E isso significa nao ter medo de enfrentar a vida e os seus desafíos.
significa fazer fisioterapía, aprender o máximo na escola, sobre a disfunção, aprender a viver da melhor maneira possível.

1) Launching IN-HEMOACTION flash cards, 2026 updated version where I added new topics like Inhibitors and novel treatments, physiotherapy and a some playful activities like video games!
2) HERO (Hemophilia Experiences Results and Opportunities) sponsored by Novo Nordisk since 2009-2014 Done !exploring through qualitative and quantitative analysis the psychosocial issues involving People with hemophilia, their carers and the health professionals in the treatment process.
2) P-TET (Pediatric Thrombosis Educational Tool) , for kids on anti-coagulant treatment...inspired on IN-HEMOACTION flashcards success.
3) I am a co-author along with psychologist Irene Fuchs and Edward Kuebler of a booklet called "Communication, love and sexuality for people with hemophilia, carriers and family"
4) Done: systematic review for the Cochrane Collaboration :"psychological interventions for people with hemophilia and their families"
5) Actually I counsel people who wants to perform as competition level athlete and collaborate with them seeking wellness and goals
On a more personal level I have 3 three great not anymore children :) Danaê 35, Rubi 29 and Iggy 27 and i am since 2019 a pole sport athlete at a national and international level. I love it! also To walk and look for shells on a beach and discovering deserts...:)
