Several objectives in CIMAH 2010:
Beside learning how to communicate in a more efficient and charming way ;), I have learned to respect my inner timing and of others’… it is not easy to work in pair nor in a group, but when it rolls it’s great!
Also, I must say that during the workshop with other 7 psychologists ; we all could share HOW WE SEE OURSELVES during the job at the center; the images that appeared in drawings, were different but all linked.
I can talk of my drawing : I see myself as a BRIDGE ….linking places, a firm ground to step on, a place to take a break and look at the view….a bridge…
My colleagues authorized me to mention the other images: one drew a pillar for others to stand on, a heart made of little hearts connected, a smiling sun, a girl giving hand to others, green marks symbol of the unknown and hope, waves to carry …..
Aqui minhas colegas de trabalho e alegria: sentadas Salomé no computer e Telma minha colega do Comitê Psicologia, em pé a izquerda Leticia, Livia, frederica, Rosalva, Lyla e Valeria.
Trabalhamos num primeiro momento : como é que a gente se vê no nosso trabalho ? que imagem vem a mente? surgiram muitas , todas desenhadas para ficar de lembrança…. a minha imagem foi de me imaginar uma PONTE: aonde as pessoas pisam seguras para atravessar, uma passagem, um meio de conectar lugares, pessoas, coisas….uma ponte….
minhas amigas me permitiram mencionar como se imaginam, imagens diferentes e conectadas entre si:
uma desenhou uma menina segurando pela mão outras, um sol sorrindo, umas ondas que levam, um pilar que da soporte, ums traços de cores em tons de verdes claro/escuro, um coração formado por outros corações…. É IMPORTANTE O PSICóLOGO CONECTARSE CONSIGO MESMO, Nos também precisamos saber do que “precisamos” para trabalhar melhor!
