In case of a nose bleeding, breath through the mouth, put some ice cubes in a cloth and apply on the nostril. It helps to contract the capillaries and in that way bleed less. Then press for 5 -10 minutes with your thumb on the side that is bleeding. Maintain your head like in the picture.

Normally it will stop.  If not you can ask your hemophilia center nurse or doctor about some  local clotting substance you can buy and have at hand  at home.

É só apertar com o dedão a narina que sangra por uns 5 a 10 minutos. Aperte firme.

Nada de levantar o braço ou de colocar a cabeça para trás nem para baixo.
Se quiser coloque um pano com uns cubos de gelo na parte superior do nariz. Ajuda a contrair os vasos sanguíneos. Existem também umas soluções vasoconstritores que se compram na farmácia. No caso, molhe um pouco de algodão com a solução e coloque -o na narina.

Se não parar ligue para seu médico pode ser um vaso sanguíneo maior e isso requer tratamento.
