A idéia é que eles possam se entrosar, ajudarse uns aos outros dando dicas de trabalho, trocas de experiências e claro levar a vida com bom humor de sempre!
I am very happy to announce that. We are taking the example of mybloodbrothers.com who are doing this so beautifully. The young adults want to gather and help each other…share informations with other hemophiliacs in Sao Paulo and of course with Brazilian good humor or “bom ASTRAL” like we say here! more will come up soon…as I told them ..i am only a facilitator. Eu serei a facilitadora proporcionando o espaço e meu carinho de sempre. Vem muito por aí!!! para começar não achei o cabo para descarregar as fotos…;( somente esta para divulgar por enquanto: Mr. César, 24 anos.

I am back with news! life continues with its adventures...
I´ve travelled a lot, lived in many countries. Brazil is my seventh country and i live in Sao Paulo for 32 years now. Graduated in Clinical Psychology in
1991, I specialized in Junguian Psychology and in Hemophilia since then.
LATEST PROJECTS:
1) Launching IN-HEMOACTION flash cards, 2026 updated version where I added new topics like Inhibitors and novel treatments, physiotherapy and a some playful activities like video games!
2) HERO (Hemophilia Experiences Results and Opportunities) sponsored by Novo Nordisk since 2009-2014 Done !exploring through qualitative and quantitative analysis the psychosocial issues involving People with hemophilia, their carers and the health professionals in the treatment process.
2) P-TET (Pediatric Thrombosis Educational Tool) , for kids on anti-coagulant treatment...inspired on IN-HEMOACTION flashcards success.
3) I am a co-author along with psychologist Irene Fuchs and Edward Kuebler of a booklet called "Communication, love and sexuality for people with hemophilia, carriers and family"
4) Done: systematic review for the Cochrane Collaboration :"psychological interventions for people with hemophilia and their families"
5) Actually I counsel people who wants to perform as competition level athlete and collaborate with them seeking wellness and goals
On a more personal level I have 3 three great not anymore children :) Danaê 35, Rubi 29 and Iggy 27 and i am since 2019 a pole sport athlete at a national and international level. I love it! also To walk and look for shells on a beach and discovering deserts...:)

Shangri-La is a fictional place described in the 1933 novel Lost Horizon by British author James Hilton. In the book, “Shangri-La” is a mystical, harmonious valley, gently guided from alamasery, enclosed in the western end of the Kunlun Mountains. Shangri-La has become synonymous with any earthly paradise but particularly a mythical Himalayan utopia — a permanently happy land, isolated from the outside world. In the novel Lost Horizon, the people who live at Shangri-La are almost immortal, living years beyond the normal lifespan and only very slowly aging in appearance. The word also evokes the imagery of exoticism of the Orient. In the ancient Tibetan scriptures, existence of 7 such places are mentioned as Nghe-Beyul Khimpalung. One of such places is mentioned to be situated somewhere in the Makalu-Barun region.[1]
